Please be sure to apply within the validity period. Once the expiration date has passed, the e-card will no longer be accessible. If you want to refer back to it later, we recommend taking a screenshot or saving it.

Please note that changes or cancellations to the product or recipient information cannot be accepted after submission.

E-gifts can only be delivered within Japan. If delivery information is not submitted within two weeks of issuance, the e-gift will become invalid and the item will be shipped to the purchaser’s address. If the purchaser’s address is outside Japan, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
